On our tour we went to Bath – home of the ancient Roman baths/hot spring!
The water isn’t safe to touch anymore because of the algae, but you could see the steam rising from the surface and the gas bubbles breaking.
They did have a fountain of the water filtered. I tasted it. Warm and very earthy flavored. But they say it is suppose to cure all ailments so we’ll see if its magical properties work!
