Tammy and I just took a tour at the Jameson distillery. We also were selected as volunteers to do a whiskey tasting between Irish, Scottish, and American whiskeys. Irish wins!!

LOL nice going. did you know the Irish and Scottish are spelled differently- Irish has the “e” whereas the Scottish doesn’t. Whiskey vs Whisky… it all tastes the same to me!

I didn’t know that!! But we did learn that scotch has a smokier flavor from the malting process!!
